ATD Selects Seldin Company for Excellence in Practice Award Recognition

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) honored Seldin Company with an Excellence in Practice Award for its practice, Property Management Onboarding and New Hire Training, in the Onboarding category.

ATD’s Excellence in Practice program recognizes organizations for results achieved using practices and solutions from the entire scope of talent development. Awards are presented to organizations with proven practices that have delivered measurable business results.

ATD received 218 submissions in the fall of 2018 from organizations around the world. Sixty-two awards were given to 46 organizations. Excellence in Practice categories recognized include: career development, change management, coaching and mentoring, diversity and inclusion, improving soft skills, integrated talent management, learning and development, learning technologies, management/leadership development, managing the learning function, onboarding, performance improvement, and sales enablement.
