Her extensive knowledge spans Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, regulatory requirements, compliance operations, staff development, and training. She holds both the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designations, reflecting her commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development within the affordable housing industry.
