Seldin Company Announces Promotion of Lucas Tatum to Vice President, Montana Operations
Seldin Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Lucas Tatum to Vice President, Montana Operations.
A member of the Seldin family for 15 years, Luke brings extensive experience in multifamily operations, facilities management, and affordable housing. Over the course of his career with the company, he has held multiple leadership positions, contributing to the success of communities across the organization's portfolio while developing a deep understanding of both operational excellence and resident service.
In his new role, Luke will provide operational leadership and strategic oversight for Seldin's Montana portfolio. He will work closely with onsite teams, regional leadership, and ownership partners to support the continued performance and growth of communities throughout the state.
