SELDIN COMPANY PROMOTES SETH PERKINS TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF PROPERTY OPERATIONS
Seldin Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Seth Perkins, who has been named Executive Vice President of Property Operations. Seth has been with Seldin for over 13 years and has over 20 years of experience in property management with extensive knowledge in both affordable and conventional property operations. He has previously served as Senior Vice President of Property Operations for Seldin and has earned his BA in Marketing and Management from Peru State College. He holds CAPS, HCCP, and COS designations.
Seth has been a part of many successful new construction lease-ups and construction/rehabs and likes seeing a project come together. He enjoys evaluating property financials and implementing action plans to drive increased profits for owners. Seth has a solid history of transitioning troubled assets and making them profitable again. He takes great pride in his team at Seldin and enjoys seeing them grow in their careers.
Seth will oversee the Seldin portfolio, consisting of approximately 18,000 units throughout eight states. Seth will be directly responsible for overseeing the start-up of all new properties coming into the portfolio, property marketing activities, accounting, operations, facilities management, financial analysis, and budget performance of the portfolio. In his new role, he will report directly to Chief Operating Officer, Michele Nathaniels.
