Jacob came to Seldin in January 2023 and has steadily expanded his scope from Community Business Manager to Roving CBM to Operations Support Specialist. Known for reliability during transitions, he helps align site teams, timelines, and task tracking across properties.
He brings with him certifications in CAM, OSHA10, CPR/AED, and Mental Health Crisis Intervention, and he’s known for his professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to dive into challenges head-on. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling (Spain is a favorite), swimming at the lake, writing, and spending time with his two chihuahuas, Lulu and Dreka.
