Congratulations on Lauren Washington’s Promotion!
We’re excited to announce the well-earned promotion of Lauren Washington to Property Accountant Level 2.
Lauren is an integral part of the Seldin family and has taken on a few different roles in her time here. She started out as a Community Business Manager for a couple of properties in Texas and helped train on the software conversion from ResMan to Realpage. Those properties were transitioned out of Seldin’s portfolio and with that Lauren left Seldin. A couple of years later, we had an opening for a property accountant, and we happily welcomed Lauren back into the Seldin family as a Property Accountant. Lauren has excelled in property accounting and was able to take transitions last year. She does a great job navigating the random requests, daily demands, and communication that the property accountant role sees.
When Lauren isn’t working for Seldin she is dedicating her time to obtaining her master’s degree and she recently passed her CPA exam. Lauren takes on every task with a positive attitude and the mindset of learning something new. We appreciate everything Lauren has brought to the position and her desire to strive for excellence and be a lifetime learner.
