We’re excited to announce the well-earned promotion of Crystal Smith to Senior Accounting Manager, Residential at Seldin Company.
Crystal has been an integral part of the Seldin family for over a decade, navigating numerous changes with grace, grit, and professionalism. She began her journey as a Front Desk Coordinator, moved into Accounts Payable (first as a Clerk, then a Specialist), and later transitioned into Property Accounting, where she has held several key roles including Property Accountant, Senior Transition Accountant, Accounting Manager, and now, Senior Accounting Manager.
Crystal often says she knows “a little bit about a lot of things,” but we all know the truth: she knows a lot about everything. Her deep institutional knowledge, willingness to help, and seemingly effortless ability to problem-solve make her a go-to resource and a valued leader on our team.
