SELDIN COMPANY NAMED ON THE 2020 NAHMA AFFORDABLE 100 LIST
The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) released their annual “2020 Affordable 100” List. Seldin Company is honored to be featured on this list and proud to provide quality, affordable housing for our residents.
The "Affordable 100" list was created to accurately determine the portfolio of affordable units receiving federal subsidies in the United States. The list is made up of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property managers in the country and is ranked by unit count. Affordable units must contain at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, bonds, or USDA Section 515.
