Seldin Company Expands Property Operations Team with Two New Vice Presidents of Property Operations
Seldin Company is excited to announce the expansion of its Property Operations Team with the addition of two new Vice Presidents of Property Operations, Andrew (Drew) Thompson and Justin Larson.
“I am pleased to welcome Drew and Justin. Their wealth of knowledge in the industry and vast experiences with affordable and conventional assets, lease-ups, and relationships will help us enhance how we operate today in all of our markets,” stated Executive Vice President of Property Operations, Michele Nathaniels.
Prior to joining Seldin Company, Drew worked as the Vice President of Operations at Good Harbor Management and has been in the property management industry since 1997. Drew resides in Texas and will provide oversight of Seldin’s Texas portfolio. Drew holds COS, HCCP and MORS designations and holds a Texas Real Estate license. Drew is a United States Air Force Veteran.
Justin Larson formerly worked at O’Reilly Management Services as the Director of Multifamily and has worked in the property management industry since 2004. Justin resides in Missouri and will provide oversight of Seldin’s Missouri portfolio. Justin holds CPM and LEED GA designations and is a Missouri Real Estate Broker. Justin earned a B.S. in Urban Planning/Studies at the University of Minnesota.
