Here is a summary of the latest developments and future plans of the Seldin Company:
- Dollar Tree Store is now open in Westwood Plaza
bringing the center to over 514,000 square feet! This
12,000 square foot retailer is a leader in the discount
retail industry.
- In the ongoing program of enhancing the quality
of Westwood Plaza, new store entrances have been constructed
for Burlington Coat Factory, Dollar Tree, La Fonda
and T.J. Maxx. The entrances fit the design of Westwood
Plaza.
- Westwood’s monument sign at 120th and West
Center Road has been enhanced with backlighting.
- The landscape environment continues to set Westwood
Plaza apart from other centers. A network of trees,
shrubs, bushes and other green spaces provide an aesthetically
pleasing shopping and professional center environment.
- The Seldin Company is in its 81st year, now providing
quality and comprehensive real estate and property
management services in an ethical and professional
manner.
- Construction of Ontario Place Apartments on I-80
and 72nd is well underway. The brand new 156-unit
aprtment home complex offers the finest amenities.
Occupancy of the first building begins October 1,

- Planning is underway for Colonial Square, a new
development on 132nd and Grover, next to the Millard
Public Library. The new development will include a
