Road business corridor between 114th and 136th Streets
by creating retail and office centers, as well as single-family
homes, apartments, schools, churches, the
Southwest YMCA, a city library, a fire station, and
a the Westwood Golf Course. The company was recognized
by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce with a Golden Spike
Award in 1991 and was cited for its extensive developments
in West Omaha totaling more than $100 million at the
time the award was made. Ted Seldin, Millard Seldin
and Stanley Silverman were recognized for their vision
in planning mixed use communities in Southwest Omaha
