Congratulations to the Westridge Apartment Community for scoring a Superior Rating on their most recent MOR inspection. The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) conducted the review and inspection and commented there was a tremendous courtesy shown to them during the review.
What is an MOR and why are they important to our business? MOR Inspection is a physical inspection the resident files to ensure compliance with HUD and Agency guidelines. This helps ensure protection of our residents, owners and Seldin Company.
