THUNDER RIDGE MAKES THE ELITE 1% LIST
Thunder Ridge Apartments, located in Cedar Falls, IA was recently named on Elite 1% from J Turner Research Each year, J Turner Research announces the Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking of properties for online reputation in the nation. The annual ranking is based on research of over 71,000 properties across multiple review sites. The Elite, 1% list, is released in association with Multifamily Executive. A total of 998 properties were named on the ORA Elite 1% list in 2017 and Thunder Ridge placed 322 out of nearly a thousand properties.
