Seldin Company Welcomes Mindy Johnson as Vice President of Property Operations
Seldin Company is pleased to announce the return of Mindy Johnson, who has been named Vice President of Property Operations. With over 20 years of experience in property management, Mindy has extensive knowledge in both conventional and affordable property operations. Through her practice of sound leadership skills, Mindy believes in the importance of employee development and building dynamic teams across her portfolios.
Mindy will lead a portfolio consisting of approximately 3,800 units throughout the Iowa and Texas regions. In her new role, she will report directly to Senior Vice President, Aaron Babcock and will work in Iowa, while traveling to meet the needs of her portfolio. Aaron Babcock stated, "The team is excited to welcome Mindy back in her new role as Vice President of Property Operations. I am confident with her value-driven leadership and the leadership of the operations team, we will have great start to 2018."
Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University, is a licensed salesperson in the state of Iowa, and holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certifications.
