LUCAS TATUM PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Seldin Company wishes to congratulate Lucas Tatum, who has been promoted to Vice President of Residential Property Management.
Lucas joined Seldin Company in 2010 and has served in a multitude of leadership roles, including: Lead Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Portfolio Manager, Assistant Vice President of Facilities, and most recently, Senior Regional Portfolio Manager.
In his new role as Vice President of Residential Property Management, Lucas will oversee a portfolio consisting of approximately 3600 units across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. In his new role, he will report directly to Senior Vice President of Property Operations, Aaron Babcock.
Lucas stated, “I am very excited to be moving into my new role and working with more of the wonderful Seldin teams.”
